The Prologue Dinner
July 3rd 2010

3:00 P.M.

Join Jonathon Sawyer and the Greenhouse Tavern staff as they lead a bike ride to some of their favorite spots around the Cleveland area.

5:30 P.M.

Prepare yourselves for a dinner in honor of the 2010 Tour de France. Featuring five courses with each course corresponding to the first five stages of the Tour. These dishes are true home-style dishes from each region traveled through in stages one to five. We will also be showing the 2010 Prologue on T.V. during the dinner.

Course/Stage 1: Rotterdam to Bruxelles

Last month The Greenhouse Tavern team headed to New York City to cater the Santorini’s US Tasting at Lincoln Center. We had an amazing time designing our menu to complement the beautiful Greek wines, and were thrilled & honored to be a part of such a spectacular event.
