What a difference a year makes…

It has been an amazing journey and we are so proud of the entire Greenhouse Tavern team.

We have received some phenomenal accolades recently:

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude.  We have had a very hard working team from before we were even open.  I would like to thank the following people who dedicated themselves to the tavern when it was just an idea:

Without the above mentioned people we would have never made it past day 1.  We also owe a huge thanks to our partners, our amazing staff, and our customers.  We are so proud to call you our family.

On a personal note I must give my sincerest thanks to my wife Amelia Zatik Sawyer. She is an amazing woman, mother, and friend and without her support, I would be lost.  Or drunk.

We are excited to move forward and cannot wait for the fall season!  We have some great events coming up including the Epcot Food & Wine Festival and FLAVORS and we also have some exciting news about Sundays.  More to come soon!

Once again I want to express my sincerest gratitude for everyone involved in creating and supporting our restaurant.

    Congratulations, Chef Sawyer! I finally had the pleasure of dining at the Tavern on Labor Day weekend and it felt like I was sharing in a fully realized dream. Great food, great concept, great decor and atmosphere.

    I also like your menu description of Bell’s Two Hearted Ale. My fiance and I are getting kegs of it for our wedding, so “the only beer you need to drink for the rest of your life” seems sweet and appropriate.
