Autumn Harvest Beer Dinner

Last night, Bar Cento was the place to be for an Autumn Harvest Beer Dinner. Chefs, Sawyer and Nowak, provided a feast fit for a king as they paired each dish with a complimentary beer or cider wine. As always, the family-style dinner could not have been pulled off without the help of the Bar Cento staff.

Lamb rib “sauerbraten” w/fennel salad and natural jus

Beer braised knockwurst w/sour cabbage tart and cracked mustard and thyme
Left-handed Oktoberfest

Third Course
Whole smoked Ohio ham, plum pierogi and caraway
Avery “Kaiser” Imperial Oktoberfest

Fourth Course
Potato pancake w/ fried chicken liver & sour stone fruit chutney
Dogfish Head Midas Touch

Artisanal cheese w/stewed apple and klosterbrot
