Santorini Greek Wine Tasting at Lincoln Center

Last month The Greenhouse Tavern team headed to New York City to cater the Santorini’s US Tasting at Lincoln Center.  We had an amazing time designing our menu to complement the beautiful Greek wines, and were thrilled & honored to be a part of such a spectacular event. Here  is our menu along with some photo’s taken at Lincoln Center of the event.   Yiamas!

Whole Salt Roasted Halibut w/ santorini capers

Grilled Octopus w/ marble potatoes and salamui
