Will there be a rep from Dogfish on site, or are you just using their beers for the pairings?
Yes Donn with Dogfish Head will be here and also a rep from Cavalier distributing

Both my wife and I are very fond of both the Greenhouse Tavern and Dogfish Head and would LOVE to attend. Most unfortunately however, my wife is vegetarian and only eats those animals from the sea. I realize this is a long-shot, but does she have any options that would allow us to attend? Thanks!
