Chef School Series: Butcher Round Up (naked pig below)

We had a great crowd for Sunday’s butchering class.  We were lucky enough to have our pig farmer, Aaron Miller join us as well.  Chef Seeholzer and Chef Sawyer took the reins and taught the ins & outs of butchering a pig to a full house.
