Learn more from an expert from Malley’s Chocolates about the natural history of this wholesome indulgence. Then join guest chef Jonathon Sawyer, chef/owner of The Greenhouse Tavern, as he creates a sumptuous seven-course meal marrying the many tastes and textures of chocolate with its healthy properties.
