We were so fortunate to be asked to participate in this year’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival. The family and I were able to take some time off and head down to Florida. The event we did was the Party For The Senses:

The event was a great success and we met some really amazing Chefs & people.

Congrats on being included in such a cool event. Cleveland is lucky to have you representing us on a national level! The dish looks amazing.
My sister and I were at that dinner and it was the best event of our 10 days at Disney World. I know the chefs go to an enormous amount of work and sends those of us who attend this event are dedicated “foodies”, I want you to know that we really appreciate it.
You mention that you’re going to post the recipe for the Pinxtos Alla Plancha, and in case I miss that post, could you please notify me or send me the recipe to angelamail@telus.net.
